Service Description

In this class you will explore some of the vastly different types of bread you can make with either bakers' yeast or that pot of bicarb in your cupboard. As it's nearly Easter (and Mothering Sunday) we'll be making hot cross buns, with traditional spicing but using the Asian tangzhong technique for the fluffiest buns, as well as flatbreads and either Irish soda bread or American cornbread, French fougasse or Italian focaccia. Suitable for vegetarians. Tea/coffee/welcome cookies and lunch are provided, along with all ingredients and materials, recipe sheets and aprons. All you need to bring is a basket to take home your creations!
