Service Description

In this class you will explore some of the vastly different types of bread you can make from around the world. We could be making Italian focaccia or French fougasse, Vietnamese banh mi or fluffy tangzhong buns using the Asian tangzhong technique, and the Ukraine's own tear-and-share bread, pampushki. You can globetrot without ever leaving the UK! Suitable for vegetarians. Can be made dairy-free on request. Tea/coffee/welcome cookies and lunch are provided, along with all ingredients and materials, recipe sheets and aprons. All you need to bring is a basket to take home your creations!
