Service Description

Join Mrs Portly to make a series of cake and dainties based on historic recipes from Victorian food writers such as Eliza Acton and Isabella Beeton. Examples of what you could make include orange flower macaroons, a Madeira or seed cake, gingerbread and of course the perfect Victoria Sandwich. This class is suitable for vegetarians. Tea/coffee/welcome cookies and lunch are provided, along with all ingredients and materials, recipe sheets and aprons. All you need to bring is are some cake tins to take home your creations.
