Service Description

Simon Wooster of Wooster’s Bakery will lift the lid on sourdough’s secrets in this hands-on class. He’ll demystify the jargon that often surrounds sourdough, teach you how to keep your starter in the best of health and help you make a series of loaves, going through the entire process step by step and from starter to finish. You will take home two finished breads plus one to prove overnight, as well as your own banneton and dough scraper. Suitable for vegetarians. Tea/coffee/welcome cookies and lunch are provided, along with all ingredients and materials, recipe sheets and aprons. All you need to bring is a basket to take home your creations.
