Service Description

Get ahead for Christmas with this festive class. Examples of what you could make include a stunning raised pork pie, layered with chicken and either apricots or tangy dried plums from Mrs Portly's orchard; a special pickle to go with it; a luscious gingerbread streusel tart; and in case you want a special nibble to go with a Christmas aperitif, cheese sablés. You can freeze or otherwise store most of what you'll be taking home, so it's the perfect opportunity to stockpile a few showstopping dishes for the big event. Tea/coffee/welcome cookies and lunch are provided, along with all ingredients and materials, recipe sheets and aprons. All you need to bring is are some tins and tubs to take home what you make.
