Service Description

In this class you'll learn to make authentic Neapolitan pizzas from scratch and use the same dough to make delicious calzones. You'll also be making panini Napoletani, or stuffed rolls, a hugely popular Italian street food and grissini, or bread sticks. Your tutor will be 4th generation baker Giovanni Di Sarno, whose family still runs a bakery in Naples. This is a hands-on class where you'll be making your own pizza for lunch as well as taking home good things to share with family and friends. Suitable for vegetarians (please advise us in advance). Tea/coffee/welcome cookies and lunch are provided, along with all ingredients and materials, recipe sheets and aprons.
