Service Description

Perfect your patisserie with former Leith's head teacher Emma Crowhurst. In this full day, hands-on class, Emma will guide you through making mouth-watering macarons with raspberry ganache, Danish pastries, choux eclairs and profiteroles and chocolate meringues. Whether you're new to patisserie or want to improve existing skills, Emma can help. Get ready to wow your friends! Refreshments, a home-cooked lunch and all ingredients and materials are included. All you need to bring are boxes and tins to take home your delicious creations.
