Service Description

In this baking class, you will create a show-stopping Highland Cow cake paired with beautiful floral shortbread biscuits.  The cake: you will make, bake and buttercream ice a 4” mini cake. With a mix of demonstration and hands-on techniques, Steph will show you how to the cake using buttercream and modelling paste. The biscuits: you will make a batch of shortbread dough and after a demonstration, you will decorate them with fondant icing to create nine beautiful sunflower and daisy biscuits. Suitable for vegetarians. Tea/coffee/welcome cookies and lunch are provided, along with all ingredients and materials, recipe sheets and aprons. All you need to bring are some lidded tubs or tins to take home your creations.
