Service Description

In this baking class, you will create a stunning floral buttercream cake, paired with delicately royal iced floral biscuits.  The cake: you'll make and bake a 4” mini cake and ice it with buttercream. With the help of tutor Steph Clubb you will decorate your cake using different piping techniques and create your own sugar paste flowers to finish it. The biscuits: you will make a batch of sweet biscuit dough and after a demonstration from Steph, you will make two sets of beautiful fondant and royal iced biscuits, piping flowers such as lavender and rosebuds, finished off with piped leaves. Suitable for vegetarians. Tea/coffee/welcome cookies and lunch are provided, along with all ingredients and materials, recipe sheets and aprons. All you need to bring are some lidded tubs or tins to take home your creations.
